LNK 0 PR® YEAST PEPTIDES
PROTEIN HYDROLIZED LACTIC YEAST (Kluyveromyces fragilis )Supplies nourishing elements
Supports the immune system
Modulates bacterial flora

LNK 0/PR has been obtained through an enzymatic hydrolysis of yeast. The yeast Kluyveromyces fragilis has been treated with a pool of protease-enzymes to hydrolyse the 50 % of protein content in free amino acids and in short chain peptides.Protein is divided in peptidic fractions. Around 70% of the fractions is represented by free amino acids, dipeptides and tripeptides that, in addition to be totally available, have a “para-hormonal” action: these short peptides have the capacity to be adsorbed by the intestinal wall without further hydrolysis. This means a very high digestibility of the protein with very positive consequence on the growth rate of the fishes and with a lower negative impact on the environment for the lower emission of nitrogen in the faeces. The product is composed also by the broken yeast cell wall formed by beta-glucans and mannan-oligosaccharides. These components are very well known in animal nutrition because they can improve the immune system of animal, increasing the natural defences of the fishes against the pathogenic challenges and protecting the intestine wall against the colonisation of pathogenic bacteria LNK 0/PR is a product for young animals.
